I recognize that dock, it's the Technip/Duco facility across the river from the San Jacinto monument. The reels look like they are loaded with steel tube umbilicals.
They have been subcontracting a nice chunk of work to DDI lately and it has been getting broader in scope.
The Technip backlog and forecasts for subsea and especially ultradeep are very bullish indicators.
