Being convicted and actually serving time for securities fraud
does not necessarily preclude a person from once again entering
the World of Penny Stocks upon their release.

Who is the third party who paid for yesterday's failed promo?
A few years ago people would have pointed the finger at NIR,
perhaps rightfully so, but that is not the case now. So ask yourself - who stands the most from selling into a paid pump?

I said failed promo but as was pointed out by phoenix, not a failure for everyone.

But according to IGNT's latest "filing", it doesn't look like IGNT paid the SEC fine for their role in that case.

I know it was 2 years ago, but I wouldn't "invest" in a company who's CEO has that kind of record. Who knows what other kinds of shenanigans he may be up to...

Either way, you can still make money on this stock. Just be careful
