#19821 RE: TOUCAN #19813

'TOUCAN'? no dude, what the hell does “THAT OTHER COMPANY” that got to do with the tea in china?

Posting financials from “ANOTHER COMPANY” says absolutely nothing about TFZI's financials.

And even if your point is to imply "some kind of good news" regarding what you've titled as;
"$TFZI Billion $$ Merger in the WORKS imo"

bares absolutely NO benefits to the current shareholders at all!

The said (or implied) Buyer of this shell will more likely RS every currently held position OFF THE RECORDS!

Thus it proves nothing for TFZI as for HOW well that "OTHER" company is doing, whereas if TFZI was in any way in correspondence to that company, “THEY WOULD BE DOING THE SAME” but as you can clearly “DD”, they’re doing the complete opposite!

But you can bet that NONE of the earnings from “THAT OTHER COMPANY” you’ve referenced "Over There" will be paying for monetary damages and/or other shareholder injuries that incurred within this stock "Over Here".

Therefore and to all current shareholders of this POS, a Merger only means just that! - "A MERGER” and the entire position(s) of every shareholders currently bag-holding shares from this stock will be wiped out clean as the result thereof.

Now of course they can BUY the "NEW SHARES" from the (yet to be) merged company and play the trading game with THOSE shares.

But their Current shares here are completely fried!
and whatever monies they've put up to acquire TFZI's Shares, will be (if not already) fried along with it!

Furthermore, just because you’ve correlated the same name for both companies, (TFZI and Colliers International Ltd), means nothing!

You should know by now that many companies "Create Pinks" for none other than raising free capital (scamming) just to fund their MAIN COMPANY at the expense of unsuspecting shareholders that bought shares in those dummy companies.

I know many of them that do that!

(The hell with reporting them to the SEC or FIRNA, they're obviously allowing it and slow to move on them)

the PPS is toast here anyways, so who cares!

This post is only in "MY" opinion without any intended or implied pumps or bash.
I say it as I see it, based on how these pinksheet companies show it!

TOUCAN, with this TFZI DD...

This is awesome DD with TFZI:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=78834416

If this merger actually happens, then TFZI will be "fundamentally" worth a few pennies from what I have tentatively figured and would greatly make amends for the failed expectations in the past and any negative that had transpired in the past. This would be "The New Beginning" for TFZI.

the reason for this post was the addresses look near the same, didnt know it was a error with Nevada SOS site, both have Suite 150 and only 1 number off. And from what I see Colliers International is a "private" company and Mr. Frear works there. Just Speculation or Opinion ... I am NOT saying they will merge in this shell thats why the ? mark. Or maybe "The Fight Capital" will merge with TFZI?? We all just need to see the filings ... just a waiting game, after all this volume one would think they put the filings out, while there is interest.
