JB specifically waited for the S-8 approval from the SEC. Never a good thing,but i think they will prevail in the fight. SEC is hyping the real amounts in plain olde boiler plate fashion. The boat will sink and FH will just of wasted a few bucks to explain all this to the judge. imo/ky
