Yes, that is what I thought . . . the mab has to be image agent-labeled. That is why the post about the second arm being "cut off" threw me. I thought Bavi had only two "arms." One to dock to the PS and the other to either carry a payload, call in the macrophages, or to carry the imaging agent. If the other arm has to be "cut off" then to what is the NIR label attached?
