The company executives have bought a story. Look at the press release... they have not done any due diligence.

George Colin, CEO of MLHC, stated, "HK Alliance has unmatched contacts with institutional and private investors on two continents from its offices in Hong Kong and Tokyo and I believe that they are uniquely positioned to raise awareness of our Company's prospects and provide additional growth capital. As a private equity firm their strategic relationships should, in addition, also provide us access to potential new customers."

All Hong Kong Alliance Fund has is the flat-line Wakabayashi Fund email list of institutional investors whom none of them trust Jeff Stone - convicted securities felon.

Has anyone called George Colin to update him?

Maybe you're finally figuring out the segment of the stock market you've been playing in for years. Chuck, they are ALL the same whitewashed garbage. Some are just slicker than others at fooling people. My advice: quit believing. Become a skeptic.
