I was here when it tanked to .001 for absolutely no reason.. talk about painful. I do beleive Sorkin wants to get even for the last 4 years and will not issue another share until we are much higher... I could be wrong but recent inidcations clearly point that way. Whether do to the chill status or not, does it really matter when all is said and done if they can keep the o/s rock solid at less than 9mm shares. If the debenture holder stands fast, there is absolutely no reason to issue 1 single share going foward until the issuance benefits the co and shareholders... we are undervalued, PERIOD!
