well its a private company.... why does that matter... i have 1500 dollars in this idc about that. he doesnt have to answer that and honestly i just recommended him to keep focusing on the public company that hes on the board of so that we investors can gain trust. honestly its not uncommon for board members to have their own companies on the side... what matters is skull and cross bones removed, audited financials, web site, and funding then profits! thats all i care about and any real investor in MIHL cares about. we may disagree, but hes under no obligation to fork over anything private and not pertaining to MIHL. Now lets say his company is absorbed into MIHL then i say absolutely ask away! but as of right now its not that important in the macro sense of things. wont even hinder the move!

US Oil and ROSNI s.r.o had revised, adapted and incorporated the original presidential logo of the Republic of Panama as the logo for our company since I believe it reflects what we do. The meaning in Latin is "For the benefit of the world" This is very similar of incorporating the flag of the United States in the logo of many companies. Since our logo is different and we are a private company and in no way are we affiliated in any way with the Government of Panama or its President's office there is no confusion as to us being in Panama in any way.
