How do you come to the understanding that the triple reverse trianglar double backflip merger is on after reading that post? ASYI

I emailed Privo.com last night and asked them to update their site concerning what they had in the page for GCS Global Convergence Solutions. Their page HAD Mount Knowledge Holding listed as the "parent company"

AND THE BIG NEWS: The MKHD Mount Knowledge Holdings page has been changed to read Status: CANCELED in the section that previously had read "bid submitted" http://www.privco.com/private-company/mount-knowledge-holdings-inc
