yep...sue him for everything he owns. hmmmmm....out of date ski gear.....out of date video cam, some old VHS tapes......a big bag or two of aluminum cans......and maybe have to go to the UK to serve him....if he is smart...lol
you won't get squat.. you won't get a lawyer to take it.. there is no money to be made.. for a guy that makes himself out to be so in "tune" with penny stocks you let it show you know very little.. just go look what happens when the SEC or shareholders take over a stock.. it goes belly up.. any money covered goes to litigation and the shares become non trading and disslolved..
