.003 is a range thats possible but not healthy if it falls clear back to the start, tho always remember to evolve...so if .006 or .007 is bottom supported..get in! its not about what we think its what the chart does...and this is the reason penny stocks swing all over the place becuz the traders dont understand TA.....
