It would have been fine if we had received the cash dividend the normal way. This solution involves a lot of hassle and and uncertainty. I may lose the value of more than $ 2,000 compared with no dividend at all because of this idea. How can you expect me to happy with this novel way of paying a cash dividend?

Exactly. Come October, I'll be sending in my form, and sitting back knowing that I'll have thousands of dollars coming in the mail come May 2014.

I don't think it's "bad". I think it's not worth it but that's just me. It's a complete non event for me. I'm sure some big long term holders here like it. I don't think the divi news today or the fact that some people don't like it has too much to do with the selling. I mean this is just normal business, they often sell the stock down in the last 2 hours of the day. The same players are bringing down the ask.

As far as I know (and please correct me if I'm wrong) the plans in the first place were to get a stock divi besides the regular cash divi. The difference is that people immediately have something in their hand if they get additional stock. Now I realize there are regulations apparently which prevented their plans?? Not saying that I would even like an immediate stock divi.

Eiher way, did anybody here really expected excitment here today because of this news? I guess not. So we are back to usual business. CC, investor tour, will be a few interesting weeks coming up.

Now I personally am very interested how the stock reacts if we go below 40 cents again. If that will even happen.
