Right now it is only rumblings and a few of the better letter writers agree suggesting a turnaround in the mining sector. Unfortunately it will bolster the producers before it happens to the explorers, however if the Congressional budget deal goes through then we should see a ramp up in share price starting in Sept. and across the board this Oct/Nov.

Canadian mining companies will lead the charge.
