#514 RE: MyBad #513

on syn city? didn't find it. Yes on the 20K Temporary. The permit that expired is for the 50,000 a day well. 20K is only a hiccup. He cannot run his only two operational wells at full tilt, so it is first and foremost cutting into his own oil profitability, been limited to half capability, at least half of what he has claimed the chemical stimulus did. Then there is taking on outside contracts with other companies in the area that need disposing of saltwater, do not or cannot afford the pipelines and to make ANY money, must truck existing or excess water to places like FILO. In CAVR's case, he not only would have to pay others, but pay for trucking, pay for oilfield workers. With all the "rob Peter to pay Paul" he has going, don't think he could possibly afford it, doesn't have the cash, especially since....
Agree on he has safety features they require and much more, he also needs to work out the noise, traffic, and road repair with the locals, not OCC. The water protection bond might fall under state and local both. I know they won't take shares for bonds.
