What a great question! All of this gullable silliness for a PR about a license with Microsoft and absolutely no one knows how much or when MS is going to pay, and how much NEOM gets to keep after IP Law takes their cut. I think the amount of the license fee could be important to disclose: but not if you are YA pumping and dumping this scab of a scam.
If an 8-K is not forthcoming it will tell us that the license fee is not material since there is no requirement to file an 8-K for immaterial agreements.
