Omalley, I'm not sure as to your background but that is the kind of statement put out by a company in either a prospectus or a pro forma document. It is also put out as a disclaimer to email promo groups who are actively engaged in the act of promoting the stock or providing Investor awareness programs.
The Ihub board is neither and there is no effort under way to attract people to the board for the purpose of soliciting them to buy stock.
In almost every post, especially when someone comes along to "save" people or to "bash" a stock the board members here, have steadfastly suggested that the party engage in their own due diligence and make their own decisions. We continually did that with you, to no avail.
The rest of us who own the stock post among ourselves in many regards to simply share some time as we wait for what we hope is coming. For the most part, I've not sensed one person yet who would appear to be a "newb" - if you have, then contact them via PM and express your concern with their lack of familiarity with OTC's and let the rest of us go on our merry way.
