Nobodies arguing that hes not a smart man. It looks like he did real well for himself in cooperate America and Canada. But look at his history with penny stocks. He knows how to munipulate the system in my opinion for his benefit only. If you know the ins and outs of business then you can really play games down here and you know what you can get away with. Let him try this late filing or no filing with million dollar company thats trading at 40 or 50 dollars a share.
