I've never taken a survey of which TA's don't give out SS as a company policy. Or if that IS their policy or they just say it is.

Because I have gotten some TAs to admit after first telling me it's their policy not to give SS info, that they WOULD give it if directed to do so by the company.

I also know that some stop giving the info at the company's direction. I also know some really crappy companies have TAs that DO give out there SS.

Madison, for one.

Bottomline, CAGR's TA is gagged. People can blame whoever they want to. But if CAGR wants to switch to Madison, shareholders would be able to stay up to date on the SS.

The transfer agent for CAGR has frequently provided the O/S but occasionally stops providing that info.

Regardless CAGR is a public company and that information should be readily available to shareholder at the very least from the company website.

However CAGR provides outdated share information on their website reporting Shares Outstanding 530,147,957 a/o Dec 31, 2011 http://www.cagrapes.com/company-information/

So in addition to not reporting any financials they post old and outdated share information.

Most T/A's are gagged in pinky land, I quit calling a few of them because found out it actually IS their policy to not take O/S calls from public directly.. an attempt to subdue market callers.. Now, with this fact, what you should really consider is that some pinksheet companies actually select these T/A's with this in-house policy for their own benefit... the truth.
