Not claiming to be the chartist or anything, but the short term averages are all called golden cross when they rise above longer term averages. The most stock is put into the 50 crossing the 200 (especially of the current pps is above both at the time, as is the case with KMAG). But typically the shorter terms passing longer terms just signifies a bullish trend over that period of time. No chart measure shows what's coming though, all are lagging indicators...but this is another technical advantage to the story as we move forward.
