How could the building already be there if as you stated only a few short days ago "the footings are now poured"? That's some mighty fine quick construction right there. They could have used them in Niagara Falls to put up the other building under construction there quicker.
The new use requires a Land Use Permit, the machines require electrical / plumbing permits. The buildings bathrooms may require ADA upgrades. The fuel storage requires a hazadroud materials storage permit. Added trips may require Traffic Mitigation fees / permits.
Are you saying that the buzz in JAX from other waste companies is that Rkt's p20 system is wanted by everyone who has to currently pay big bucks to landfill that waste?
How many other waste haulers are there in Florida alone!? Thats a big state with millions of people and all the garbage people want a p20 system like RKT does!?????
