According to the filings, only about $2,300 was spent in the latest reporting period on R&D. It sure looks like the '3rd generation' machine won't be much different from the '2nd generation'. Really, how much does $2,300 buy these days? At John's salary & benny rates that's just a day or so in labor and a few parts.
