Just getting in and I see that we have not moved from the 49s...alittle slapping a we move.

As for the past..."it is what it is", we move on. All companies have a past and road bumps, some more than others. Maybe this is a blessing that things did NOT turn out from what was discussed and our new direction will BE much more rewarding for ALL PARTIES involved. :-)

Just Saying....Cheers!!!

Well said SC. Hopefully Renu management (James) has learned from its past mistakes. I am excited also about TEI and hoping this deal closes and is the first of several.

Been here for quite awhile (although in my own "blackout period" recently) - and Champ is ABSOLUTELY correct. There was tons of DD and "verifiable facts" to back up a huge acquisiton before the website was released. All of that went out the window.

My question to those who have been around for awhile: does our egocentric CEO have it in him to let someone else wield any power? Can he let Don do what Don has been doing for years or is he going to insist on being top dog (at the risk of losing ANOTHER major acquisition)?

IMO, this one is make or break for RENU. If this merger doesn't go thru (and soon!), there is a problem with this company, and as it is really about one man and his ambition, I would dare to point a finger towards the top.

And we have heard "any day now" for months on end from Mike. He lost all credibility with me when he proved he really didn't know what was going on with something as simple as the website (which as it turned out was very SIMPLE). Either that or he has absolutely no influence with the CEO. Nice guy, but he's starting to come off as a paid BS'er IMO.

And just as Champ said - I have been here, will still be here for awhile, have been accumulating since last year, and am NOT bashing. Had a chance to bail this week with almost 100% profit. I'm still here b/c I sincerely hope that this deal gets done, the c/e gets dropped, and we see pennies. But hope doesn't show up on my brokerage account at the end of the week. Dollars and cents do - and I believe that's why we are all here.
