Well, all this definitely sinks my original plan of selling off portions at .0003, .0005, .0007, and .0009 in order to get my investment out and let the rest ride.

Fortunately, I have not invested what I can't afford to lose, but now I have to decide if I am willing to lose half, or let it sit and see where the gamble takes me. When you're at the bottom, .0001, with potential, you can see going up quickly, but following a R/S, you can either climb slowly or drop fast.

The real issue I have is the reality that this could happen again. Meaning, they have diluted the stock once, out of "necessity", and if things don't go in a positive direction following a R/S, I could see it being diluted once more to keep heads above water. That's the fear that makes me think taking my hit now is a safer bet, because if the diluting were to start again you're only going to suffer more losses as it circles down the drain to the trip zeros again. (bear in mind, this is just my negative view)

I find it amusing that some longs are now sweeping the MASSIVE R/S we just endured under the rug.(Especially after many scoffed at the idea, particularly with the permit now in hand and the recent retraction in A/S) Kitt and others were correct in their assessments and Guyer deliberately lied in his past emails to me.....and others on this front.(I decided to send a message to Guyer this morning--no profanities or threats, of course. But I certainly let him know how livid I am) I won't get a response regardless. As my shares go, I had 20 million instead of 10 million. Sem was very gracious to mail me a loan last month.(I wanted to keep it between the two of us, but that doesn't matter much now.......I'm very grateful nonetheless)

So my portfolio goes from 20,000,000 to 4000 shares.(Quite the dent, wouldn't everyone agree?) I'm so furious it defies logic. A 500:1 or 1000:1 would've been disastrous enough but a 5000:1??? What was Guyer thinking??!!!(One at 500 would have us below 1 billion A/S shares) My only hope is selling my total share count--I put in the order today--and getting in below .50 when this R/S is implemented. After it's initiated, I hope our value drops so I can pick up a whopping 10,000 shares or so.(In the .20 range or single digit penny range) Then I hope Guyer assesses total assays for top dollar and a buyout--or other--at $140, as you alluded to MT, can happen.(And that's a conservative $1 billion market cap......other estimates I read have our total assets at $3 billion, so I hope we get even more PPS related) I can, pretty much, kiss my dreams of becoming a millionaire and retiring to Colorado goodbye. I hope it isn't long before TOTAL assets are in and we're sold off for at least $140 ASAP.(Let someone take over who knows what they're actually doing)
