P2O only works and is nonpollutive with virgin expensive plastic otherwise it's "garbage in, garbage out"
P2O sold some samples of fuel, but they'll never score an actual fuel supply agreement.

RESULTS:
December 2011 -- a final stack test supervised by the NYSDEC using "unwashed, unsorted waste plastics, including various industrial plastics and gas tanks from scrap cars, were used as feedstock for the testing" reveals a no-pollution green process making in-spec clean fuel. The result of this test lead to an air permit exemption at the first NYSE: RKT site.
