I look forward to reading about that "material event" in the S-4 filing whenever that comes out. It should also have a very positive effect for SCMI shareholders in the rendering of the fairness opinion as there is no way a fairness opinion could say we are worth 2 cents now when 9-10 months ago prior to the Sony BMG rampup GE was looking at a buyout for .50 cents.

Mario, perhaps you can clarify a bit more here. Am I correct in saying that each respective audit of SunnComm and MediaMax are indeed complete, BUT the combined audited information is in the final stage of review, along with the fairness opinion?

I think that's a sterling idea! Get rid of the fluff with the missed deadlines and missed expectations, and communicate only when and if there's solid, factual, accountable, PR-able information to relate....the "Street" has had its fill of the misses, as portrayed in the share-price.

Are you now implying the business is bad? Now there's a switch from the business is good and ramping up, but the pps for some unknown reason isn't reflecting that.

im sure this post has been slammed already but here goes...there are 3 thousand holders of this crap stock and you are gonna let say what 3 change the whole way a business is done?? PEOPLE DO YOU SEE THIS??? THATS RIDICULOUS...what heavy handed communications have we gotten anyway? we go for weeks at a time with nothing...not even ask suncomm which takes virtually no time and all...then youll string together a couple of prs that amount to crap!!!
