While Guyer is in the same boat in that he holds lots of current shares, he also is in a different boat in that he can get paid anything reasonable in new shares. Hopefully, CGFIA will not re-dilute post-R/S. If it does, current shares become worthless. If it does not, then current shares retain their value. One hopeful sign is that CGFIA has reverse split not only the O/S but also the A/S. So dilution up to 7 million post-R/S is the same as the pre-R/S dilution we were seeing up to 35 billion. Only if CGFIA expands the post-R/S A/S beyond 7 million will current shareholders be shortchanged.
