is a key takeaway imo. the stock is priced for I-1 and I-1 alone. and yet, it appears a lender was so absolutely convinced we own VM179 that they are pre-approving an $8.5M loan to pay off our debt (refinancing) and develop that asset.
worst case scenario, which i don't think will come into play at all, is we use the cash to develop other assets. properties like this are not hard to find. yes, VM179 is amazing in the context of penny stocks, but not at all out of reach of a company that can pull in the financing revealed in the Q.
