Have you called your broker??? My broker has let me sell tickers with the D on them. They tell me that I am on the hook for the money if the shares are not delivered. Only thing is I buy them after the R/S not before, and they are not OTC/pinks.
If you want to sell there is no harm in asking. The worse they can say is no.
