And you will hear about them. Try to zoom out a bit and see the bigger picture. When I look at KMAG I mainly focus on their 4Q to present day. This is the re-emergence we like to talk about. That term isn't a copout. Look at their filings and revenues during this period. The term 'hit the ground running' couldn't be more relevant anywhere else. It's not like Jeff has this huge company with unlimited resources to pursue a defamation case. They don't even have anything worth going after. Maybe Jeff doesn't feel he has strong enough physical evidence to convincingly fight their accusations. That doesn't mean he's not in the right though. I get where you're coming from and also feel the need to ask the hard questions from time to time.
Here's what I see. KMAG is a 9 month old company that's showing me unheard of fundamentals. 9 months back is where I made the decision to start judging them. They haven't done anything to suggest that there has been any wrong doing in any way. I'll give them the space they need to fill in those blanks. They haven't burned any of us yet so they earned that much.
Know what the best part is? The reason KMAG has gathered this type of suspicion is because everything we've seen to date has been too good to be true. So far it is!

They have customers and revenues. What's not to get? It's not like the CEO is playing games and hiding or putting out fluff PRs like other pinkies. If you don't like that they keep their customers private, I suggest there are other pinkies out there to play and gain some quick cash (just be careful not to buy too late!). This one has been nothing but transparent.
man oh man..so demanding...know this fact: KMAG is a non reporting co. which means according to sec regulation they are NOT allowed to give you that information ON DEMAND. lol
