If possible, I'd like to jump out in front of what I consider an obvious point certain posters will make about the 10-Q:
"This raises substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern. The ability of the Company to continue as a going concern is dependent on the Company’s ability to raise additional capital and implement its business plan. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that might be necessary if the Company is unable to continue as a going concern."
This statement is in nearly EVERY 10-Q from development-stage companies. It's nearly meaningless in its ubiquity. Just putting that out there now to quash silly posts afterwards.
Not sure if you realized what that sound was, but that was this stock hitting rock bottom. Rest of the week should be interesting... It may go under .03 this week
