Where were the fluff PRs then..doesn't make any sense to 'dilute' at .0001.

Never seen a PR for the 4.25 BILLION SHARE INCREASE but it happened. Could have dumped every single one of them into the OS and won't see a PR for that either. Funny how the 10Q got blown off so we couldn't see what it is and the gagged the TA.

Now that they are DELINQUENT IN FILINGS there can't be a merger close until that is brought up to date. The SEC wants their money! Will they ever find another sucker to jump in on this, dare I say, PONZI SCHEME? COULD BE! Maybe the "merging" companies bail out when they see what is going on. Hmmmmm

All this talk of using the shares for the FANTASY MERGER is a ruse to draw in more unsuspecting investors.
