I think we will see a Letter of Intent in the next PR.

JV coming. They had a hiccup on it but it will get done either with Tantalus or someone else. Fact that someone is interested in a JV is very positive. Now Im not familiar with Tantalus. Anyone know @ this company ? Is it this one or another ? http://tre-ag.com/?sc_lang=en

I also want to see the dredging #s. Thats the key. I think the stock oversold today.

The changes in the Board of Directors show some issues but the company is headed in the right direction. Current, Uplisted, CE removed. Now its time to JV, show dredging #s (gold, REEs, black sands, etc), and show investors how they will make $$$$$.
In the end, an individual invests in any company because he thinks they will be profitable. For that they need a plan, good management, and we as investors need to see the results.
