I have reported many stocks for far less to the SEC, they do not do it in a day or 2 it takes more time. I have also seen the heartbreak of huge dollar losses, none will ocmpare with what has been lost here and IMO will be lost going forward. I think it will go down as the worst loss in penny stock history in a very short time period. This one is the worst penny stock trade I have ever seen with insane dollar amounts traded etc. I have no idea how fast they could act on one like this but I would never ever hold any APS play overnight as I had stated time and time again in the past. The SEC is already aware of them and has been for a very long time.

IMO, if the SEC was going to halt trading, they would have done this last Friday in order to "protect investors".

Probably not. The fastest I've ever seen them move was with SAEI, and that took four days.
