It is called unusual stock activity and this penny stock had the most unusual stock activity and dollar volume invested anyone on I hub had ever seen in a penny stock. I have seen many penny stocks halted and moved to the greys for alot less. I said after their last alert I would never buy any APS pick ever and hold them overnight would be dangerous going forward. I would not buy this at any price not even .01 and hold it overnight unless I had money I wanted to throw out the window.
