Peregrine Newbies Glossary of Terms...

Ok, I'm going to put this out there as I have wanted something quick to reference for abreviations, acronyms, etc. that are used in Peregrine pr's and in messages by you intelligent like guys. I'll start the list and anyone kind enough to add to it would be real nice. If this doesn't catch on as a nice addition to the board, I'll stop posting it. If you do add to it, please copy the heading and body and add your contribution. TIA

MO - Median of Survival

NSCLC - Non small cell lung cancer

EOP2 - End of Phase II

BAVI - Bavituximab -

PS - Peregrine's phosphatidylserine (PS)-targeting molecular imaging candidate

AACR - American Association for Cancer Research

Placebo - Non-medicine saline solution

Cotara - Brain tumor targeting agent

OR - Objective Response

Accelerated Approval - means to which a trial drug can be given accelerated approval by the FDA to treat patients on the open market

1st line vs. 2nd line - Previously treated Patients whos cancer progressed , Patients being treated a second time.

TTM..To The Moon.....where PPHM pps(price per share) is going.(imo)

Macrophage: I call them the street sweeper of the body.

Dendritic cells: Same as Macrophage for the most part??

This board becomes more impressive daily....and I like the idea of our own Acronym list ...especially with newcomers stopping by and once they see the potential that exists as most of us have witnessed 1st hand over the many years, they will see a great opportunity to follow a company on the brink of breaking cancer news world wide! Further, I have not seen "any stock board" as informative as PPHM and CJ has spent an enormous amount of time in the organization of articles, PR's and anything company related is at your fingertips to easily scroll down memory lane to see the growth and development of a company (Peregrine) that will hopefully soon be placed in the forefront of the main stream media after the financial terms are disclosed for the lucky BP to partner with Peregrine. This will be the first Peregreen... X-mas!

It may sound silly but it seems like the last quarterly cc ...( which is the true inflection point ) is becoming more like the that mega summer movie.... where you can just listen to it several times over! : )
