There was no delay; MM(s) came up directly at the bell just as with every day. There was the initial trade and that is the only transaction. The delay is there is no one buying or selling the stock at this moment.
Even with a PR of them hitting their TD eyes on this stock has long moved away. I'm sure some returned a couple weeks ago when volume picked up as it triggered scanners, but now the volume is not doing it.
Looks like they are going to need an "awareness" to get people's eyes back on this.
