Bay, not to take V6's side on this, but we had almost no revenue 6 weeks ago and it looked like we were headed to .40! It does seem to be correct that dilution is the cause for the drop in pps. It also seems that V6 and Hsmith are not against dilution they just wish it would stop.

I, for one, am comfortable with this level of dilution as long as we know that the funds being raised by the flooding of new shares is going to be used to give the DROPs the launch this kind of technology deserves!! Once the test results come back and the public begins to learn more about this technology, I believe revenues will skyrocket and we will not be worried about the dilution.

I look at the dilution as a positive to a degree. To me it means that FUSE "gets it" and wants to raise advertising, and publicity cash for the launch! Plus, I am buying more shares today and love a price under .10 when I am buying!

Why are you so mad? I asked you a relevant question.

145 million shares or 180 million. When FUSE is selling EJ and drops and perhaps pharma goods, do you think I care if the pps is at $40 vs $30?

I know dilution hurts. It's very basic I don't need a 1 million dollar English degree to tell me that.

V6, WHY are you getting so excited? I'm sure Bay realizes a stock can't trade in the negative. In fact, when a stock has little to no earnings, giving a valuation is difficult. I'm not comparing, but in all fairness, both Facebook and Fuse have NO revenues to speak of yet. Investors and traders are giving them both a valuation via PPS based on FUTURE earnings.
