Charlie, I personally doubt it. SGCP has been losing money for what 6 years - in a land filled with gold, diamonds, titanium, & iron. Not much happening during the wet season - for the next 5 months. Any JV partner has to be asking the same question: why in a land of gold, diamonds, etc - has SGCP been losing money every year? The stock price going from $.0032 to $.0001 doesn't instill confidence.
Most of the responsibility has to rest on SGCP mgt shoulders imo. The one property proven to have profitable amt of gold has been lost by the company. Share dilution is approaching 4 billion.
