Well said, Ripster. Also, it's a pretty simple concept that Helpful Technologies would want to let AVIX market their software in exchange for AVIX shares of stock. Helpful could gain even more from the AVIX stock appreciation as from the software sales themselves. I really don't feel like arguing this very simple concept any more here.
