I am saying that 98% of retail investors who own much of the float have a cusip number on their accounts, like I do. Therefore as many of us buy the stock Monday and most of the week, the only folks who can sell will be the shares they start buying on Monday. The old cusip number shares will not be able to be sold until your brokerage receives new shares from DTC which can take 3-5 days. Understand? Going to be much more buying than selling...watch!
