Doubt there can be a better source of information than the company filings, that way if there is any doubt what so ever all one has to do is review the filings for themself. After all, who provides the information for the company filings? I am going to have to say ummmmm the company themself.......It is all right there in black and white and will confirm that everything in that earlier post was spot on. Bottom line is, it sure looks like J Rod was selling off some of his shares which is not a very good sign.
