Ever stop to consider that Helpful Technologies is a private company with no trading stock of their own? I think they very much wanted the shares of AVIX which will appreciate in value as revenues are generated from the software products. Pretty simple stuff, actually.

Rocklin...I may not agree with what you say...but I defend your right to say it.

With that said,IMHO, you have a real negative edge in your view of AVIX. I would think that a savvy investor such as yourself would have sold with such low future expectations for this company.
