I spoke to the people you told me to, (securties division in colorado) they had lots of questions for me. They kept asking if I was an accredited investor. I just wanted to know about share Certs. They asked for a copy of my check. They are really hung up on the fact that the check was made out to blow me away media. The lady in the securities office also said it was very "unusual" that the transfer agent does not have any record of me. This just does not feel right to me

Are these un-audited financial filings written by wheeler himself.
Looks to be. I didn't see any accountant names yet. How much can we then believe?
