SH was a master at inflicting terror, not just in Iraq, but in every land that an exiled Iraqi might live

There was no possibility of defeating terror without taking out SH

And I ask you this

Is there any regime, except NK, not even Iran, existing today

that perpetuates the terror of the regime of SH

If Bush was so hell bent on avenging 9/11 why didn't we go full force into Afghanistan where Bin Laden was/is?

Overthrowing the entire former (Taleban) regime of Afghanistan is certainly very forceful. A lot more forceful than lobbying a few cruise missiles like Clinton did in response to the first WTC bombing in 1993.
