And my thought would be if Blackburn is owed by Treaty any amounts of monies or material things, he would have to bring suit against Treaty. The more that is posted, it appears to be in favor Treaty and not worth the concern that R T is making it out to be. And knowing how long the court systems take these days, if Treaty is ordered to pay out any monies, the amount owed will be a drop in the bucket for Treaty after the next 10 Q Thanks for your afforts MightyMac
