Maisy1, you are 100% right. I can not argue your point. Chances are, if there was something "not-so-rosy", Baltia would not tell me.....for that matter, they probably wouldn't tell anyone. I think that happens in all companies/businesses (remember....Baltia is an Airline company...but it is also a BUSINESS).

Now, that being said, and my "prediction" of 2 to 3 weeks at this time (which, by the way, is "In My Honest Opinion"...not a prediction) stems from the atmosphere at HQ and the way things are occurring.

There has been a tremendous change. Like a bee-hive. Whereas before calls were originating from HQ...now....those calls are being received at HQ....daily....and quite often during the day. Almost like as if the entity we seek approval from got the word to "finally wrap thing up." Keep in mind, we are on their time schedule...not ours.

I have never delt with the FAA before, but I have delt with the state government. As a matter of fact, I just received word last Friday that I would be issued the license I am seeking on Monday the 27th. I can't tell you how similar the process was....on a much much smaller scale...but it paralleled Baltia's process very closely. As a matter of fact I sought and received assistance from the town attorney's office in order to get things "moving again."

But here is the most important thing.....the week before I received word about my license....THE CALLS STARTED COMING INTO MY OFFICE." The flow changed...now I was getting calls asking me for the final pieces to wrap things up. Prior to this...throughout the whole process...it was my office that initiated the calls.........

Bottom line.....this is exactly what is happening right now at HQ. The calls are coming INTO the office....as if it is time to wrap this thing up.

So...I could be wrong....again...but it is my gut feeling...my "Honest Opinion"...that this time 2 to 3 weeks is feasible.

Honestly...having never delt with the FAA or the airline industry....I have no idea. But having delt with government employees for 30 years....and having seen the way they operate...this time....what I am seeing....parallels my past experience.

This time....it truly looks like they have played with this long enough and that it is time FINISH TOYING WITH IT.

Now...this could be th beginning of the end, but I doubt it. I do not think the government would put so much time and money and energy into it....this time...to turn around and say "NO". This time it looks like we are truly, finally getting there.

We all knew this day would come. It is what Baltia has ultimately been looking forward to for many years.......
