the O/S will inflate as transfer agent receives notice to issue shares to ANYONE.. nothing can "hit the tape" later magically, when shares are issued, they are issued. Dont let someone else mislead you. Now a gagged T/A is something else

Once in a while, that is the case. But, private investors get caught up in Reverse Splits, DTC locks, trading suspensions, just like everyone else. Plus, sometimes the PPS falls so far below even what the private investor bought it for, paying for a pump is just throwing good money after bad.
