MIHL Board

I have a concern that I can assure you is extremely important to existing shareholders and really needs to be addressed. I assume that you were privy to the negotiations with Gregory EVANS as you had stated in an earlier post how unpleasant your experience was. As you know EVANS is/was at the helm of Ligatt Security(LGTT) which still exists and is thinly traded from time to time.
The records show that Montague Holdings(MIHL) assumed SPFM (renamed HI-Tech Crime Solutions).
LGTT put out a press release (which is linked below with an excerpt) to the effect that all shareholders in LGTT would have their shares one-for-one placed in their SPFM/Hi-Tech account.
I can assure you that this never happened.
My question is that during all the negotiation process, did this fact not emerge? How is it possible for LGTT not to carry this out after a Newswire PR from (former)FBI Agent SCOTT acting on behalf of LGTT clearly stated this would happen. Wouldn't MIHL inherit those shares and have them placed into the appropriate shareholder accounts?-TB

EXCERPT from the Press Release:
Another big announcement is that money from this purchase will go back to the shareholders. "The shareholders are a driving force for the company and I want to make sure they reap the benefits of this deal as well," says Scott. All shareholders in LIGATT Security International at the closing bell on Friday, October 7, 2011 will receive share for share in Hi-Tech Crime Solutions. "If a person owns $20 million shares in LIGATT, they will receive $20 million shares in Hi-Tech Crime Solutions," says Scott.
LIGATT Security International is in talks with other companies to purchase the company and change its focus from computer security. This means the current shareholders will be part owners of the new company as well.
All email addresses for LIGATT Security will expire on October 15, 2011. The domain names that people use to get to LIGATT.com and LIGATTSecurity.com for our products will be forwarded to HiTechCrimeSolutions.com.
