We...PPHM are in a position to move forward and clear the "going concern...." officially on our next cc. Further ...I see the slightest possibility that once our deal is seemingly sealed, what BP or 2 BP's would step forward and make one last final offer to buy out the company? Its not out of the realm of possibility
