Hispaniola ventures lease was not renewed, Burt is currently without a lease and I doubt he will ever get one again. We all know about Wilf's embroilment and now Bowden is up to his eyeballs in legal issues. Bobby has issues with Cap Cana with the lack of actual involvement in that project since his success on the South Coast. I do not mean to speak out of turn and do not know the extent of the problems but they do exist and the laywers are involved. It would be a stretch to believe that Cultura did not take Cap Cana's request seriously.
